This policy explains what information Atta Card! (“we,” “us”) collects when you visit attacard.com or place an order, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this simple on purpose: we only collect what we need to sell and ship your cards, and we never sell your personal information.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you place an order, you provide your name, email address, shipping address, and the details of what you ordered. If you contact us, we receive whatever you include in your message.
Payment information. Card payments are entered on the secure, hosted checkout of our third-party payment processor. Your full card number is handled directly by that processor — we never see or store it.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and content-delivery systems may record standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view, for security and to keep the site running. Your shopping cart is stored locally in your own browser and is not sent to us until you check out.
How we use your information
We use the information above to: process and fulfill your order; send you an order confirmation and any needed updates about that order; respond to your questions; prevent fraud and keep the site secure; and meet our legal and tax obligations. We do not use your information to send marketing or newsletters unless you separately ask us to.
How we share your information
We share the minimum necessary with service providers that help us run the store, and only so they can perform their function for us:
- A payment processor, to securely process your payment.
- A print-and-fulfillment partner, which receives your name, shipping address, and order details in order to produce and mail your cards.
- Email and cloud-hosting providers, to send your order confirmation and to operate and secure the website.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep order information for as long as needed to fulfill the order and to meet our record-keeping, accounting, and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live (for example, the EU/UK under GDPR, or California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to ask that we not “sell” or “share” it — which, as noted above, we already don’t do. To make a request, just contact us and we’ll help.
Children
Atta Card! is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, and payments run through a PCI-compliant processor over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No method of transmission over the internet is ever 100% secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above.
